About

Field Work is a key component of Geography, Biology and Environment courses at UCLan. It provides students with practical "hands on" experience and enhances material covered in lectures. Students take part in day long excursions and short residential trips throughout their studies, in addition to the opportunity of an extended international field trip in final year.

These pages should give you an idea of the variety of locations that we visit.
